Generals Cash Card

The Generals Cash Card is the official identification card of HCCC. Issued to all students, faculty and staff, the Generals Cash Card is required for identification and access to essential campus services.  It also offers convenient accounts for making purchases on and around campus.

There are 3 different accounts that may be used with the Generals Cash Card.

- On Campus Account
- Off Campus Account
- Generals Bucks Account

Advancing Financial Aid to your Generals Cash Card

The On and Off Campus Accounts

HCCC offers the opportunity for students to have funds advanced to their Generals Card account from anticipated financial aid.  These funds may only be advanced if they are available after covering tuition, fees, and housing.  Please refer to your student bill or access your account details at student online services to determine if you have available funds.  A negative balance due indicates that you have financial aid available.

Financial aid may be advanced to your On Campus account and/or Off Campus Accounts by completing the Generals Cash Card Authorization Form.

The Generals Bucks Account

You may also add money to your Generals Cash Card from personal funds.  This money enters the Generals Bucks Account. These funds may be used both on and off campus at any participating vendor.
