Herkimer Women's Soccer
Head Coach: Amy Brelinsky
Amy Brelinsky has served as head coach of the women’s soccer team since 2002. Under Coach Brelinsky, the team won the 2005 Region III championship title, the first for the program since 1988, and played in the National Junior College Athletic Association national championships for the first time in many years.
Coach Brelinsky has three times been named Mountain Valley Conference Coach of the Year (2002, 2003 and 2004). She has also been named Region III Coach of the Year and National Soccer Coaches Association of America North Region Coach of the Year.
Brelinsky was a standout athlete at West Canada Valley High School and at Canisius College, Buffalo, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical education. She is a physical education instructor at HCCC as well as head coach of the College’s softball team.
