Assistant Coach: Ryan Brooks-Newton

Ryan  Brooks-Newton begins his first season as assistant coach with the Herkimer Generals.  Brooks-Newton played for head coach Pepe Aragon during the 2005 and 2006 seasons.  Brooks-Newton helped lead the 2005 men's soccer team to a national championship his freshman year and national runner-up his senior year in 2006.  Brooks Newton recorded 31 career shutouts at Herkimer and was named NJCAA National Player of the Week three times during his career for the Generals.  Brooks-Newton continued his career at NCAA Division II University of Bridgeport where he helped lead them to a NCAA tournament appearance.
