Herkimer Dance Team

All-Starz Dance Team

The All-Starz dance team is a cheer/dance team whose goal it is to enhance school spirit and provide half-time entertainment at Herkimer County Community College basketball games. The All-Starz are primarily a hip hop dance team, but they also incorporate some cheer moves and stunting, as well as tumbling, into their routines.

The combination of tumbling, hip hop dance moves and stunting generated the All-Starz name for the team. The Dance Team will perform at many basketball games and participate in some community service events. Additionally, the team will hold fundraisers and attend competitions.

The team is coached by Brenda Crossett, a former cheerleader who also works full-time as a Research Assistant in the Office of Institutional Research.
