Summer Student Registration Information
Interested in getting a step ahead in your college education? Take a summer course at Herkimer County Community College and take one step into your future.
- Transfer your credits to another school
- Adult students, recent high school graduates and out-of-town college students are welcome
- Learn anywhere, anytime with a majority of classes held online for your convenience
Step 1: For New Visiting Students or Current Students:
New Visiting Students
If you are a new student looking to take a class but NOT seeking a degree from Herkimer County Community College this summer please click here to APPLY NOW.
Current Students
If you currently attend Herkimer and want to take a summer class please click here (link will be available April 9th).
Step 2: Financial Aid:
Financial aid is not available to new students.
If you are a returning or currently enrolled student pursuing
a degree, who is interested in seeking financial aid for
the summer, select Summer
Financial Aid. Please be aware that it is not possible
to matriculate during the Summer or Winter semesters.
Step 3: Registration
New Visiting Students
Once you have filled out the special online application
form (as noted in Step 1) you will receive a Confirmation
Page that details the Steps to take to get registered for
your class or classes at Herkimer County Community College.
Current Students

Step 4: Tuition and Fees
Wondering what it will cost to take a part time class at Herkimer? Select tuition and fees.
Step 5: Paying Your Bill
Once you apply for a summer course online you will receive an e-mail (as noted in Step 3) with your username and password for Herkimer's Student Online Services. You can pay and view your bill online by clicking here.
