November 13, 2006 - Herkimer County Community College today announced the appointment of  two former HCCC lacrosse standouts who led their teams to multiple regional and national championships to the head coaching positions for men’s and women’s lacrosse. Rich Dommer (’99) will lead the Herkimer Generals men’s lacrosse team, while Brandi Ostrander (’05) will lead Herkimer’s women’s lacrosse team. more...

November 9, 2006 - Herkimer County Community College will host the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) championship men’s and women’s soccer tournament this weekend at Wehrum Stadium. This 45-hour course will meet Saturdays, December 2, 9, 16, 2006 and January 6, 13, 20, 2007 from 8:30am-4:30pm. November 6, 2006 - Herkimer County Community College was presented with the Pepsi Cup award for its third place national finish among non-scholarship Division III community college athletic programs for the 2005-2006 year.
