March 14, 2007 - Herkimer County Community College faculty member Karen Jones, Ilion, recently earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College. An instructor in HCCC’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and an alumnus of Herkimer County Community College, Jones is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and New York Physical Therapy Association (NYPTA). She is co-advisor for HCCC’s Physical Therapist Assistant Club and a recipient of the Empire Who's Who award (2006/2007) for teaching and working in the community.
